A Breath of Faith

A Breath of Faith

The hospital room
where she lay,
filled with gloom
that horrible day.

The terrible disease
ran its course,
put her at ease
with a mighty force.

This woman died
of such cancer,
doctors tried
but without answer.

On that last day
with just one breath,
she had to say
before her death,

"Forgive me Christ
for all my sin,
You paid the price
Heaven, please let me in."

WOW ! this is a very sentimental piece of work and passionately put together.

Poetry is what is lost in translation.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
