    Mellow Little Apocalypse

The Holy Roman Empire’s Holy Roman Arson Fires

Manmade man-fryer; god’s choir full of liars

Calling Gaia an old slut, even though we all still think she’s hot

Get left in the mud, with broken nanobots wrecking havoc in your blood

Being o so hip and witty, as I Inadvertently kill and pillage

Up in here it’s all Zen and the city; elsewhere they’re purging the village

Utterly mysterious ways, seven greasy seas set ablaze

Gazing at devastation thru the defeatist ganja haze

I know the earth’s round, but I fear we’re falling off the edge of the map

That god-awful parody of a sound, disaster will bridge every last glorious gap

This ain’t a time for superheroics, it’s a time for common sense

If I think we’ll make it thru the shitstorm? I’m still on the fence

We have the past locked up on unreadable microchips

I’m kinda loosing touch, mellow little apocalypse

Very interesting. You paint a good picture in the mind of this reader. I especially like the line that reads "WE have the pasted locked up on unreadable microchips. a 10 from me.

Let me preface by telling you how adept and courageous I think you are at being in psychological revolt to every thing our society as a whole wants us to know.....Your latest poem " Mellow Little Apocalypse" epitomizes it.....My only regret perhaps, is how we tend to make each of our writes " about the writer" and not the work....My bad___"Great work my friend"
