A Lovers Tide...

A Lovers Tide...

True to love was the heart I gave to you

A gift not enough to capture the truth

Deception was the poison which ran through your veins

Defeat was the language which brought me such pain

For my heart I swore I wouldn't give to be torn

I layed down my block now resentment has been born

Into the depths I dive for another soul true

My love flows as deep as the ocean blue

To find one so worthy of the quality of my love

I will wait an eternity... till he's sent from above

Thought it was beyond my reach, yet I still proclaim

"I will travel thus far till my love is reclaimed"

To be so much...yet not enough

To be your fool...pain isn't love

let me go atlast... And find my truth

Let me live again...happily without you
