    A perfect conversation on a perfectly sunny blustery day

    What a beautiful day it is !”she said,

    As the other walked away,

    “In Florida, it’s the same weather

    But no hail, no rain , no ice;

    I wish it would stay this way!”,

    I agreed and wished I could be there myself,

    At least for the winter

    It’s cold but dry

    Like in Alabama.

    A perfect conversation

    With a lovely but complete stranger

    On a perfectly sunny blustery day,

    Then off to the library she went and I unto my errands

    I adore poetry like this Fifi, really simple but so complex to pull off making a mundane everyday scenario so artistic. I love the sudden end, reminds me of Home Is So Sad by Philip Larkin (he's my favourite poet, hence why I probably love this piece so much),really leaves you thinking, wanting more, but mostly thinking. It's what I want from poetry, so thank you :)
