    Just a taste

    of who we are

    Some settle for the scar
    Some see the star

    But say it's too far

    A Trace

    A smiling face
    A peaceful place

    Silent-Calm

    Growing from the palm
    Ommmmmmmmmmmmmm........

    A favorite song

    Distant
    Fading
    Just a little long........
    Gone

    A Trace
    Just a taste

    When one can Reminisce
    The wish that didn't miss
    or the one that came just this....

    The tingle on the lips
    From the true intention of a kiss
    Only to know that moment
    with a thousand others is bliss

    A Trace
    Just a taste

    Of the true meaning of Free
    To Be
    who you are

    Judged by Nobody
    Whole body
    Whole oddity

    Accepted in a circle of friends
    Accepted in a circle of strangers
    With no danger at the end

    Lend me your heart
    To start all over again

    A chance at a glimpse

    A Trace
    Just a taste

    Can always be found within

    Going on my favorites list. This poem was extremely well written. I feel as if you took your time to wite each and every word to come up with exceptional phrasing.
