    A Vanished Friend

Around the corner I have a friend in this great day that has no end .
Days go by and weeks rush on and before I know it a year is gone.
Tomorrow I will call on Will just to let him know I am thinking of him still.
Tomorrow comes and goes and the distance between us grows and grows.
Getting ready to call him,Instead theres a phone call will is dead.
Around the corner A Vanished Friend.

    Thank you very much

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the USA
