    A Whisper

    Awoken by a whisper
Telling me to tend my garden
In a dream as dawn begins
A peaceful moment soon to end

    Soft words in my ear
    My mind’s awakening
    Torn out of my sleep
    Grasping for meaning

    Words from a woman
    Giving me advice
    Leaving me a riddle
How to apply this to my life

Dreams have a funny way of telling us things we should already know. To not take loved ones for granted, To listen to our inner self, etc .. Now if we can only remember them when we wake .. Great thought provoking write! :) Ken
