    As years pass....

     

    As years pass...

    I realize that life is in no way,

    shape or form fair

     

    As years pass...

    Things get harder

    and harder to deal with

     

    As years pass...

    Life gets more and more difficult

    and more stressing

     

    As years pass...

    I realize I have less and less friends

    and more people start to leave

     

    As years pass...

    People come and people go

    even when you don't want them to

     

    As years pass...

    Lives are lost and

    New ones begin

     

    As years pass...

    Love is found

    and love is lost

     

    As years pass...

    I grow older

    and older

     

    As years pass...

    all 12 months,

    52 weeks,

    365 days, and

    315,360,000 seconds of it

     

    Things never seem to change..

    but one day I will be released from this cycle

    and in a better place

    away from these harsh beings and

    their cruel ways

    Oh yes, as years pass. Wonderful write! You have gained much insight into life and its changing years at such an earlier then usual age. This is the story of life. But, alas there will be future years for you my dear that will be filled with many more people as the years open up for careers and all that life has to offer waiting ahead. Life only stops when we end it. Great poem!! Hugz

    Awesome write, T... All these things are true, yes. That's undeniable. But it's important to remember that there's so much GOOD in the world, also. The hard times are what make us stronger, they're carefully put in place to shape us as a person. Hang in there and enjoy the ride... the destination is great, but the ride in is pretty awesome too :)

    Yes it is....as of right now im having a pretty awesome ride...and i think that ill continue to write and display my feelings and thoughts in poems to keep you..and everyone else updated...and my life is aweosme...i hope it never changes
