    Poem Commentary

    Before anything, yes I am able to speak however for whatever the reason I do not speak very well. My voice is meek and I stumble over my words a lot much to my chagrin. It is only when I write to I feel that I am able to express myself properly.

    Ability To Vocalize
    How wonderful it would be
    To be able to vocalize
    Fully to my potential
    The words are there ready to fly
    However they become mumbled and jumbled
    On the tip of my tongue
    Leaving me twisted and tied
    Thanks be for the gift of writing
    Otherwise I fear that I would simply be
    A bumbling moron
    Trying desperately to speak

    Sounds pretty good to me.... I understand that feeling of fumbling and bumbling over words and sometimes feel that the flow is much better through the fingers or the pen, if that is the case. Great write!
