Abyss?
Where do we go from here?
Which way's forward & which is back?
Are we going in circles to get to the point?
No way out it seems,
But no way in as well.
All around I only see one thing,
Abyss.
But we're not alone.
Does the dark scare you?
Not knowing where to go next.
Reach out for me,
I'll hold you close as we spiral into the blackness.
Open you're eyes, you're not alone.
Too scarred,
Too still,
Squeezing tightly.
Peek..
A slither of light..
Wider they open..
More light still..
Then you see, and so do I,
The way so true,
The path so clear.
Tighter still we embrace,
The light brighter,
Brighter still..
Then blackness again as we lock together.
