    Afraid of what could be

     Taking the world on alone...Feeling on my own...Testing fate...To find a soulmate...Struggling through tears...And fighting fears...Giving up my heart...But still holding back from the start...Wondering if I should show the true me...So afraid, for you to see...Afraid that you won't stay...And walk right away...Leaving me feeling so cold...ith no one to hold...I shouldn't of been so scared...And pushed away everyone who ever cared...Being afraid of myself in the end...Showing true and fighting my soul to find a friend...Helping me be true...To me and you...

    This poem is a voice for alot of us women out here....I know I have there.....I think you managed to say a few things we only say alone....nice poem...
