    THERE ARE A LOT OF HUNGRY CHILDREN OUT THERE TODAY. MANY ORGANIZATONS REACH OUT TO HELP THEM. THANK YOU FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE. GOD BLESS THE CHILDREN.

    ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS

    ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS
    I'VE BEEN ASKED THAT BEFORE
    I HEAR THE WINES OF HUNGRY CHILDREN
    TAUGHTING ME IN  MIND
    IT HAUNTS MY VERY SOUL
    I WANT IT SO
    I WANT  TO FEED THEM ALL
    MAKE THEIR CRYING CEASE
    I WANT THEIR BELLYS TO BE FULL
    NO SICKNESS OR DIEASE
    ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS
    I CAN'T DO IT BY MYSELF
    IF WE ALL COULD  FEED JUST ONE
    THEN MALTIPLIED IT BY ALL
    THERE WOULD BE HOPE INSTEAD OF WISHES
    WE COULD FEED THEM ALL
    THEN WE WON'T HAVE TO HEAR THEIR CRYS
    I WON'T BE TAUGHTED INSIDE
    WHAT A CHRISTMAS  THAT WOULD BE

    So true, this one of those issues that isn't going away. I too wish we could feed them all. My son recently spent a month in Tanzania, working with a mission group. The poor there have so little, yet are happy and grateful just to get enough for the day. It's a heartbreaking problem... Nice write, and a great reminder for us all to share as we can with those who are in need...

    THank you I bet you had a good visit in Tanzania working with missionaries.We have some people from our church that go there too.

    I want to teach them to feed themselves, and they in turn, can teach others to be self-sustaining, otherwise, the hungry are always hungry. ( the exception being the severely disabled, physically and mentally). nice sentiment, Betty!

    christmas and every day, bettysrainbow ... i always have trouble with that question, too, lol ... i have so much, it seems crazy to want more ... and what i really want ... is abundance for all ... which takes more diligence, more passion, more creativity on the part of us all ... nice write, and a perfect seasonal touch - ty! -dh
