    An Old Soul

I met an old soul today
we talked for hours so much to say.
We have only just began to live
our spirits has so much to give.
With a soul hundred years old
    many stories were being told
voices from the past come alive
like ancient villagers from a tribe.
We have so very much in common
that the past was being done.
This old soul, friend of mine
will always stay forever in my mind.

Thats what its all about, times change and people do to, finding common ground is what bonds us, reminding us ... we need each other, what one forgets the other remembers. k

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
