An Unforgotten Glance
We are the hope of that long ago memory,
As a rose belongs only to beauty,
As faith is devoted to unity,
And as dreams are lost for eternity,
For our memory holds the beauty of the reddest rose,
The unity of the strongest faith,
Yet it wanders frequently for its as lost as a childish dream,
Of hope, love, and the mystery of the unseen.
As a rose belongs only to beauty,
As faith is devoted to unity,
And as dreams are lost for eternity,
For our memory holds the beauty of the reddest rose,
The unity of the strongest faith,
Yet it wanders frequently for its as lost as a childish dream,
Of hope, love, and the mystery of the unseen.
