    Poem Commentary

       A piece that came by graces accord.

    Angel Dance

     A thousand angels dance and sing
    upon an inky quilled feather's tip
    Which ignites with inspiration.
    The poet feverishely attemps to render
    The voices that harken onto him.

    The layers of his mortal autonomy
    Are cast off like many useless garmets.
    Verse pours forth as if a foutain
    Has burst open from a sacred main.

    He is washed in the cleansing waters,
    Where the word flows from its true source,
    Obtained from a place absent of utterance.
    A baptism of enbolding ideas engulf him.

    He writes with a new noble sense,
    One of certainty, now united
    To this creative wellspring.
    The circuit contact stays eternaly open.
    All he must do, is again, and again, lose himself
    In exhultation, to recieve this boundless endowment.

    swiftbird, Angels are a true inspiration, in this case to write something celestial. I admire the what the angels you speak of have influenced throughout each line of this poem. ginga
