Another Childs Life
Another day ends in darkness
Another small life lost
Does anybody ever wonder
What was the cost
Another life missing from this world
Each time it’s a small boy or girl
Another life that can’t contribute
This poem is dedicated to their tribute
We loose four children everyday
To child abuse in the worst way
There is no do over in the word death
Some barely had a chance at first breath
Did we loose our next George Washington
Or maybe or next mother Teresa
The way that people look
You wonder if they even hear you
So don’t stand there and stare
Do join me in daily prayer
We must all stand together and unite
For these children we must
DO EVERYTHING RIGHT
