    As she lays there
    As she lays there
    in bed
    beauty
    is just flowing from her
    I looked closer
    as I see
    a tear begging to fall
    it’s a tear of blood
    that’s falling to the floor
    a pool of blood
    from that tear
    won’t stop
    it won’t disappear
    I hear a cry in her voice
    and a gurgle in her throat
    I get closer
    even closer
    to her
    as she tries so hard to speak
    she says
    with all those words
    you said to me
    over the years
    its killing me
    I have died inside
    now you can see
    what the inside looks like
    on the outside of me
    I have been tortured
    cut
    by your words
    they are sharp
    like a 2 edged sword
    you will hear this cry
    throughout your life
    it will haunt you
    till the day you die
    the vision of me
    is all bloody you see
    it will kill you
    is my
    dream.

    WOW, sad on so many different levels from the torment to the love. This was executed beautifully.
