    Autumn Sun

the autumn sun is setting low....

in the east comes moon's soft glow...

    scattered across the indigo sky....

stars are reflected in your eyes....

and in your eyes of onyx I can see....

a wonderful place for you and me...

these windows to your soul I peer...

and to your heart I draw near...

so deep within you I am drawn...

I find myself trembling like a new born fawn...

to feel this that weakens my will...

an empty vessel waiting for you to fill...

the moon wanes in western sky....

yet the stars remain in your eyes...

and as I look at you and you at me...

from my lips come wo ai ni....

I love your poems for it depicts the beautiful nature such as this

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
