    BABIES

    Their tiny hands, their feet,
    their miniature toes.
    Their eyes, their cheeks,
    and their little red nose.
    Their giggles, their laughs,
    their gummy grins,
    they're cuddly and soft,
    and have cute little chins.
    They have creases and dimples
    and little fat bellies,
    and when tickled they shake
    like bowls full of jelly.
Our babies are precious in so many ways
so show them you love them
    and treasure each day.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
