    BABY EAGLE

a baby eagle tried to take flight

the bird stood perched upon its nest

    stepped onto the branch

    and stuck out its chest.

Off went the eagle falling to the ground

    then swooped up so fast

    without making a sound.

The baby eagle soured stealthy over a house

then off to the left,he spotted a mouse.

down to the ground the baby eagle flies

    then swoops up the mouse

    with victory cries.

Off to its nest which was due east

the eagle brings back a nice tasty feast

    Back home safe,under moms care

sleeping so soundly felling wind in the air.

On a bright lit September night
