    Hey there, Baby Star.

    Your smile, so gorgeous.

    I know you'll go far.

     

    You light up space with laughter

    with your dynamic twinkling eyes.

    You fill my heart with joy,

    because you are so wise.

     

    The things that you say and

    the things that you do,

    are remarkable, going way

    beyond what normal folks pursue.

     

    Baby Star, Stay a while,

    stay a while and make me smile.

    My heart needs to sing

    with the joy that you bring.

     

    When you spin, twist and twirl

    with that special grin,

    you melt my heart just watching

    you, loving the skin your in.

     

    You work it so well- cutting up

    that flashy smile,

    you know you got the world captivated

    all the while.

     

    Baby Star, Stay a while,

    My heart needs to sing

    with the joy that you bring.

     

    Something tells me you came

    by this gift eons ago.

    Just passing through again 'cause the world,

    didn't get enough of You.

    Thanks so much, as you know- So much of my writing and inspiration for life and living, comes from the relationship I have with my son. It is like a purpose for living-exactly. ;-)

    Must be the makings of a hit song! Your rapture with this child is an ill-kept secret! LOL A stir in the soul of any parent who appreciates the fine gift of life that has been loaned to us to be steward of (and painfuly, let go) applause building!!!

    Thanks for that beautiful comment on "Baby Star". You are corret about my feelings for my son. It was meant to read like a song and it does play out in melody form when read. Maybe, I could find someone to help me get those notes down on paper, too. ;-) Smiles

    Marion ... What a beautiful tribute to your son Ty. He looks like he's gonna be a lady killer for sure. You better watch out when he becomes a teenager ... there will be no stopping him! lol! Nice write my friend! :) Ken

    I know that- right now, I am just showing him lots of love and helping him develop strength and confidence in himself, along with good sense of judgement and love for others. Hopefully, by that time, I will have done the right things to help him be a good citizen with a Christ-Consciousness and conviction to be empowered in himself and let his light shine.
