Been A Long Time

Been a long time coming
A change in time, a change of mind.
No longer blinded by the traditional
barriers of yesterday;

But focused is a nation on the
hope of another way, when one is
free to say or speak of a reality
that was once just a dream.

Truely only fragmented thoughts,
but when pursued with intense passion will
burn and shine bright as a star.

From far in my mind I grasp the certainty
of a world that is truely open to me .
Faith has brought me a mighty long way
and at times I wondered if this was the
right rout to take.

But by participating in the most
historical event of my life; I understand
that the limits to growth is so beyound the
sky.  My Lord It's Been Along Time Coming!
