    Being Human

     You think you're a hero
    Cos of all you survived
    But that's just a fantasy
    You're just like everyone
    Broken inside
    It's the beating heartr
    That guides the hand
    And all of your screaming
    That you're just another
    Fucking human sacrifice
    Bled on the cross of ignorance
    Is just your upped up delusion
    There are no hero's
    Left in this desolate world
    Only crying souls
    Driving to Insanity
    The pieces of your mind, scattered
    Among the stars of heaven n' Hell
    Dreams of heroic acts
    Plague your dreams
    As you spit on every helping hand
    I, will only take so much
    Before my own fire flares
    And destroys your dwindling flames

    You never understood being human
    Is not just surviving and beating
    Every blow thrown at you,
    It's how you act, the way you smile
    And how you cry your tears,
    The beat of your heart
    As you break apart
    Or leap for joy
    Is what makes you human,
    These frozen shards you call tears
    Are nothing but knives
    Digging into those around you,
    They see the pain
    You do not share
    That makes you feel stronger,
    Being alone, being afraid, strength
    All you illusions nothing, delusional,
    A little crying child,
    Brought up on beatings
    And Superman, but you don't
    Have the powers seen on TV
    Your mind can't order everything around
    You are just one of many,
    Nothing special, unique,
    You say you don't understand,
    Or so you say,
    But hero's are dead,
    Dreams are all thats left,
    Them and your tears,
    The beating heart,
    Solice in anothers arms,
    Love, pain and hate
    So mixed you can't tell them apart,
    That is life, humanity
