"better"
better to think a song than to think of you,
it only reminds me of the heartaches i've been through.
better to talk to someone than to talk about you,
keeping me in remembering the tears falling from you.
better to feel the beauty of life than to feel sorry,
about the love that almost wasted, die and weary.
better to see somebody than to see myself,
alone , lost and lonely to savor life's beauty.
better to reach for others than to reach for you,
always avoiding me like i am leper too.
better to forget you than to forget myself,
but can i deny? i love you and i'll forever do.
better days are coming up when the future is ripe,
hope to see you there when the time is mine.
