Beyond the Twilight Dreams

Beyond the Twilight Dreams

I fall asleep in my bed
Awaiting the dreams of yonder years
I await for my dreamful dreams
Wondering what dreams I'll have tonight
Beyond the imagination of our childhood
Sending messages through our dreams
Telling us of our future
And of our twisted fates

"Twisted fates." That's something to ponder, that's for sure. What is fate? To me, fate is something that you were destined to do. It's like... If you are good at something, do it. Obviously you were given that gift for a reason. On another note, I live to dream. For in dreaming, there is the impossible. Great write. Thank you for sharing.

The twist and turns of fate are not, in my opinion, to be accepted as nothing less than fictional possibilities on this road of life. What path we take and the end decisions are ours alone.

Deep comment, keep them coming.

Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.
