    I found this poem tucked away in one of my notebooks. Not sure where it came from, or if I am even the author. However, it was dated December 6, 2007. As I usually date my poems, I assume that I am the author.

    Blessings From The Heart

     With my blessing, I give you my heart
    To love and to hold, while we're apart
    Take it gently and hold it near thee
    Nurture and shelter it, then set it free
    To reign over us, making us one
    Loving and laughing, 'til our days are done
