blueprint for the common mans life

starts of with a bang then a c section
if your lucky youll recieve a few years of affection
but as you grow and try to figure out perplexions
thet shove pills down your throat and say that boy needs correction
want to have fun but constantly under inspection
now time to get rid of that silly card collection
about this time you make the connection
that your own erection
could be a vital part of natural selection
just be carefull my friend not to get an infection
now your a man son find some direction
but cant as long as your majors the liberal arts selection
who are you gonna vote for in the upcomming election?

So now youve find a girl who entices
you think your in love and the next thing you know the rice is
being thrown in your face time to make some sacrifices
shop around and find reasonable housing prices
forget your dreams and get a buisness license
gotta give up all of your favirote vices
now all theres to do is sit around, wait for your midlife crisis

Golden years have come dont you feel so wise?
at five PM in bed at four AM arise
you see things much clearer but not through your eyes
cholesterol is too high cant eat any more french fries
your wife cant remember your name no matter how hard she tries
see your hair go grey, watch yourself shrink in size
but that ten percent off is certainly a prize

Now your looking back on status and reputation
pondering your belief in creation
has this all just been a brief orientation
for an eternity spent at some unsure destination?
do i have time for just one last vacation?
hoping your not disposed of through inciniration
what happens after this i have no further indication

..thats how it goes man,we dont have much of a choice
