Born To Union

    Born To Union

    Feathered whispers stroke like silk
Reaching deep from love to milk
Arms rising hearts in opened skies
    Liquid gentle sweet dove eyes
    Perfect in touch of inner-souls
Offered to blend two wondrously whole
Smitten like wind on yonder field
A true love then is firmly sealed
    Aroused to pleasure hungers cried
    Energies flow gently collide
    Burrowing into mysteries treasure
    Passion ignites without a measure
    Dancing fires drive the ride
    Rhythm is the only guide
    Born to union
    Lovers communion
    Drenched in movements body wide
    Nothing further shall divide
    Fully into crested bliss
    Ravishing this opened kiss
    Bursting starlight fills our minds
As mounting release both did find
    Resting snuggled side by side
For now our passion did subside

Now you must know that I enjoyed this loving piece, most heartily! It reminds me a bit of my "Prelude to Sleep" in its tone, loving and gentle praises of tenderness. Thanks again Grace! Rose. :)

Yes, your piece is very similar in thought and style and love is that way, gentle and flowing-yet at times it can be as a storm clearing the old and creating anew. Thank you for reading and commenting on this piece, it is one of my favorites.

I have drunk from the fountain of love and passion that you describe, Graceladymn - so powerful it is, yet elusive to adequate expression. You have done a sweet and good job of it!

Very sensual and beautiful imagery.I like it.

Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.
