    Breaking Away
    Slowly i fade into time, a rhythm long decayed
    From a path i earnestly followed but slowly strayed
    Shattered breaths of pain long suffered fill my lungs with dismay
    And slowly the final one comes, quickly, without delay

    In the shadows i sing to a time long gone
    A tune that reminds me of what and how i am wrong
    Caressing me, o vines of death, as i hum the final tune
    Slowly i drift into timeless abyss, knowing my death comes soon.
