    for all with love.

    BREATHE

    BREATHE

    For the breath
    Is the steps
    To the rest
    Overcomes the stress

    Brings BALANCE
    Returns you to the silence
    The real you
    That which moves all else

    Oceans
    Birds
    Fishes
    Trees
    Pushes us through time
    SO PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO BREATHE

    THE INGREDIENT ESSENTIAL
    THE TEMPLE OF AT EASE

    situation uncomfortable

    STOP

    BREATHE

    Relax the mind
    Simplify
    It will calm you
    like the teas

    Open you
    And Guide you
    To the infinite sea

    Free rinse all emotion
    Where you will find both you and me

    One

    Love gave us this breath
    without it
    from here we would cease to be

    So to one and all
    Listen close
    I Promise You
    THIS IS THE KEY

    Dissolve from it all
    No mystery unsolved
    when you STOP.

    AND JUST BREATHE.

    very well written. What I took from this; was that all too often we don't take the time to just appreciate what life has to offer and we tend to take things for granted. This could definitely be a calming mantra for meditation. Thank you for sharing.
