    Alone, here I stand
    You just don't seem to understand
    How I just can't wait to be with you
    My love, for you is true
    Being apart
    Is breaking my heart
    Can't you see
    What you are doing to me
    Praying above
    This is testing our love
    My feelings are a mess
    I just have to confess
    My love grows everyday
    So much is standing in our way
    Believing in you, and in this
    Wanting bliss
    I can almost reach
    Your love, you preach
    And to you, I fall
    Giving you my all
    Saying you want to be here
    But you are not there
    Holding on tight
    With all my might
    Trusting fate
    Waiting for that date
    I just don't know how long
    I can be strong
    Fighting fears
    And my tears
    So much pain
    Trying to stay sane
    Knowing you are worth it
    trying not to throw a fit
    Opening my door
    Needing more
    Trying not to cry
    How I feel about you, will never die
    You helped me grow
    So much to show
    Show me the way
    Just waiting for the day
    You show true
    How I do love you
    Can't you see
    What you are doing to me
