    Chance

    She opens her eyes
    blinded by the light
her ears hear no more crys
    although it is bright
    she sees
    the gates
    though she never believes
    how long did it break.

    The screeches.
    The sparks.
    She remembers.
    All of it.
    Untill the last part.
    When she flew then fell.
She felt like she was in the devils spell.

    Water flooded.
    No air then lungs collasping.
    Then darkness.
    Now regaining her sight.
    She never believes
    Her eyes
    thinking they have fooled her
    she gets up
    He is now present
    She bows before Him
then on her knees she pleads.

    He gives her life.
    She crys in joy
    then she fell
    later awoken in a bed
    more bright lights
    though she is alive.
    Another chance at life.

Hmmm... sounds like someone's been given grace for another chance. God is Gracious...wonder how she'll handle it?

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
