    Tried a new life
    Was given a new name
    Found out it wasn't possible
    I'm stuck where I'm at
    Just wanted to start over
    To trade this for that
    I'm back in the old
    Taken away from the new
    To NOLA, my love
    I bid you adieu
    I really can't complain
    My kids wanted me home
I love them more than her
4 months in NOLA I did roam
    Took in the sights
    Loved my city dear
    She's in my soul
    Even as I sit here
    Rochester, NY
    Where I was born
    I'll die in this town
    But NOLA I'll mourn
    So many changes
    Nothing is the same
    Back to my life
    Raven is my name

I liked this one and I hope that you will read mine.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.

    Emily Dickinson (1830-1886) American poet.
