climax of a kiss
From across the room they see each other
they link by the eyes
a yearning draw, pulls like gravity, they begin to move
the music and dancing dies
they meet in the middle, never breaking their gaze
silence then seems in the place
they move closer to to each other, expectantly
begin the invasion of personal space
ever closer, closer to the need
the mood grows heated
they start an embrace, hand to hand
this is what they needed
then...it happens.
she exhales gently, whisping her hair
so close to a kiss
he inhales her breath, and savors
a moment like this
the anticipation grows, then the kiss is complete
their needs they obey
this will never be taken away
this moment in time, forever will stay.
