Corona

Corona

She wears beauty like a vintage crown.
And it glitters, radiant --
An eclipsed sun whose corona cannot be doused.

How unhurried are her steps!
Meandering with ease along the green paths;
Dainty amongst the blossoms.

And when she smiles,
The oceans pause and the winds part,
The stars dangle from their fixed Heaven,
The mountains speak and the trees shake --
To bask in a little bit of her joy.

She wreaths herself in joy.
And it flows, like dancing liquid
Clad about her body like perfume.
