Crimson Darkness
Blood pools at my feet,
from the gaping hole in my chest.
A hole that you made when you placed that knife to your wrist.
The darkness had swallowed you whole,
as it now tries to devour my soul.
Your blood still stains my hands,
no matter that I wash my hands time after time. Because of your darkness I have fallen from where I once was.
Now we are together,
blood to blood,
darkness to darkness.
