    Crimson Finch

    Flapping, Flying, Soaring high
    Dipping, Diving through the sky
Enjoying the wind beneath her wings
I listen whilst the crimson finch sings
Sloping lower she shares her tune
We trill the dawn ‘til the light of noon
Parting as our hunger is heard
    I find myself longing
    to sing with a bird

It seems this poem could go to two different places, a nature poem, and someting deeper... good read!

sounds alittle like maya angelou's caged bird..... it is very well written, nice..............................
