    There is always a time to cry.

    Cry

    Being able to cry is a relief to your stress level.
    Being able to cry for the ones you love is a relief to the heart.
    Being able to cry for the ones you lost is a relief to your mind.
    Having somone there to cry with you lets you know your not alone and is a relief to you soul.
    Crying together is priceless.

    Totally true. even when others tease me, I still believe that crying is the best and easiest way to release your emotions. It empties your heart of sadness, making room for other, happier feelings.

    Thanks. I release better that way instead of throwing things/people across the room,lol. It keeps me sane.

    I agree with you %100. Crying is a release and relief of the greatest kind. It is not a sign of weakness but strength. The courage to cry is empowering. Sharing tears with a love one is indeed beyond compare. Great write............E
