    Dare I say it?

    I love you,

    I hate you

    I don’t know how to express

    What I feel

    When you look at her

    Then say that you still love me

     

    I’m sorry I put you

    On such a high pedestal

    I’m sorry the dream I had

    Is something you can’t live up to

    But still I wander

    Dare I say?

    Yeah the person I wrote this about, yeah I don't needthat shit in my life.

    Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
