    Daughter of Dance

    Your spirit, your soul

     Are the strongest I’ve seen

The way you move is ever so clean

So fluid so graceful of that of a swan

You jump and leap through the sky to the sun

Your body so lean, small and petite

Lite as a feather as you dance and compete

When you are done the crowd stands to there feet

They clap and they yell for you my girl

The one with the smile that shines for miles

For the show is not over until you pray

And say thank you to God on this glorious day

Whatever the future may hold for you

I will always be proud honest and true

P.S. don’t ever forget I will always love you

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
