Deaths Lost Heart

Deaths Lost Heart

With Love and care, Death held his children,
Whisking them off to eternal Light
There he cherished these chosen few
Loving them as his own.
Ruling Peacefully, filled with hope,
Death ruled his Chosen Flock.

Until one day, Fallen Angel came,
And stole his heart and Land,
Creating Hell, where peace once stood.

In these fiery pits, Fallen Angel rules,
Slaving Death’s power to her own
With greed and hate she rules her land,
Sucking on others, to fill the void

Alone and Forgotten,
Death roams, Heartless and Unforgiving,
As he seeks his sweet revenge. Ever wandering,
Ever tortured, by the thoughts within.

So I sing this Song, Lost and forgotten,
In honor of Deaths lost heart

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
