    Destiny

    Take the pictures,
    Of the night.
    Then compare them,
    To the light.

    After death,
    Will we still live.
    Even after,
    All we had to give.

    But do we not know,
    That everyone dies.
    Even with love,
    We meet our demise.

    Can we save,
    Our mortal soul.
    To get away,
    From destiny's pull.

    Just this once,
    I'll let it go.
    And then we can,
    Go with the flow.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
