    I secretly wish....
    That I could screw a married man
    Eat all day and never gain a pound
    Walk around bare foot and never catch glass
    Flash a total stranger and not look back
    I wish that I could take a bath in the ocean
    I wish that I could eat off of the floor when I dropped something that I really wanted
    that I could kiss a man whose name that I didnt even know
    I wish that I could be a singer
    I wish that this world had no pedaphiles
    I wish that my stomach were flatter
    i wish that I was skinnier
    I wish that I was flawless with no make-up on
    I wish that I could be the smartest girl in my class
    You see the truth is, these are all of the things that we think
    but we never really say...
    I wish that we all had the courage to wish out loud

    I agree with arronpalmer... of the most vital things in either comedy or poetry are grasping onto those things that people think but never say... and exploiting them... Making people read and think about it and why they think about it the way they do.

    I wish that I could carry you everywhere my poem ends because for me you provide such insight...I honestly get scared...I used to shy away from saying exactly what I wanted to say because I thought the expression would be too raw...You and your beautiful thoughts and opinions and your poetry are truly a gift.     Perfect poetry on display here. Know why? It's funny, witty, observant, relateable (is that a word..?), but ultimately arrives at a very sombre, but deep, and most importantly very true meaning/conclusion. I loved this, very very good indeed.
