Disappointment

I think we all have experienced disappointment in some point in our life. Disappointment is never fun. We build our hopes up so big that when disappointment comes around we are just so crush. We feel like our hearts have been ripped out of our chests and nothing can make it go away. I believe that we should just get used to it. We live in a world where dissapointment is all around. I have been disappointed all my life so I've learned to never get my hopes up to high. I've learned to accept it and expect disappointment every day of my life. I know that sounds sad, but when you expect it then it's not that big of a letdown. What I think people should do, just let the disappointment roll right off and move on. Sooner or later you will see it wasn't worth it.
