    Domestic Violence Awareness

     It's not fair so many live in fear.
    Take action if screams you hear.

    Everyday millions fade away.
    But could have lived better days.

    Abusers deserve to be in jail.
    But can't be caught unless you tell.

    So speak what you know and share what you see.
    Maybe someone could have saved me...

    Oh my gosh, honey... My heart aches reading that.. Your young, like me, and like you and so many others someone could have saved me.. I have quite a few pieces about domestic violence and Iit sounds like you would relate to them. Wonderfully writen.

    I feel you on this one. Speaking is the hardest part, even though thats really messed up. But, we feel guilt and figure everyones going to blame us. Society as a whole is very hypocrytical! Nice one. And, thats for the comment on mine.
