    Don’t Drown

     What brings you back
    When you’re losing control
    Make sure the truth
    Is in everything you’ve told

     Carry your feelings past
    The entrance to that empty hole
    Keep in touch always
    With your heart and soul

     When you are buried deep
    In that daily quagmire
    Hang tough and carry on
    Don’t let your love expire

     Pack your insides with
    Total and complete love
    Stop crying and start smiling
    The only way out is up

     Move past those feelings
    That you are always drowning
    Let Jesus take over then
    Your life will be astounding
