Don't Bother
We never made a bondOr any kind of connection
That's because he always
Went overboard with his correction
I tried so hard to get
Him to show me love
I honestly think he more
Enjoyed the blood
I had bruises and wounds
You just wouldn't believe
I went to teachers and
Preachers and got no relief
I always had to lie
To cover his tracks
For if I didn't he said
He would kill me and that is fact
People would often ask
What matter of man could do this
We can't figure it out
I said don't bother
He called himself
My Father
