     Don't make me be the one
    who looks in your eyes
    and see's me fading by...

    Don't make me be the one
    who turns around
    fading into just a distant sound...

    Don't make me be the one
    who reaches out to you
    my heart has always been completely true...

    Don't make me be the one
    that feels empty inside
    floating away with lost loves tide...

    Don't make me be the one
    heart ripped out of my chest
    now just an empty space where love once rest...
