    DREAMS OF FATE

Within my dreams I see a man,
with eyes as black as night.
And in my mind I hear him say,
    come my child, Don't Fight.
My oracle reads of a tall dark man
    Born on a soulless eve.
But deep within I've yearned so long
to feel his touch upon me.
I'm playing a game of life and death,
One I fear I can not win.
A cold wind blows through the elder trees
I know I'll meet death again.

'Death' can be so seductive and most deceptive. It often touches us in the midst of pain and suffering. Indeed, the unknown has always arisen anxiety in us as well as fascination.

Wow. It's dark, but very good.

Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
