    Ego

Among the empty dry eyes is a pitifull disguise,
glowing with all your pain, acting so big and vain.
With the words you now flow,I see nothing more than a show.
Don't ever think that you cannot shrink, because
we all rise and we all fall, let your ego know it can all be
    over in just one blink

abrupt and to the point. Cut the ego or at least keep yourself in control of it. Don't let it say something you may regret b/c tomorrow is not promised, as they say.

As the good book says, Pride goes before a fall. Good poem.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
